Sunday, June 1 at 5:30 pm: First Sunday South Area Dinner -- Tryst (4 E. Atlantic Ave.; http://trystdelray.com/; 561-921-0201) in Delray Beach; With its rustic décor and laid-back ambiance, as well as its extensive selection of beers including local brews, Tryst was chosen “Best Bar” in 2012, but we’re not going because of its bar rep, we’re going for the food. The menu is inspired by the rich bar culture of Europe, with an emphasis on seasonal, mostly local, farm fresh ingredients. Tryst prides itself in using produce only from the best in artisanal and organic farmers. We’ll be the judges of that! The Mahi Tacos are made with napa cabbage slaw and avocado crema. There’s a Chicken Schnitzel dish with truffle aioli, fennel, and heir- loom tomato with Valbreso French feta salad – worth a taste test.
