Mensa events are open to all Mensans, their spouses, children and guests. Who may or may not attend a private home is at the host's discretion. Hosts: Please mention any special concerns about your location, such as smoking restrictions, limited access for the handicapped, or presence of pets. Guests: If you have any special needs or restrictions, please check with your host before attending an event.

Friday, November 19, 7:00 pm: Moveable Feast -- Yu-Mi Sushi, 2800 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach; 615-0505. Raw fish, any- one? If that's not to your taste, there's a range of other sushi selections, as well as tempura, teriyaki, and katsu. Arrive early to catch Happy Hour 2-for-1 sake and wine (5:00-7:00). Plenty of parking in the lot at the neighborhood mall. |

Tuesday, November 23, 5:30 pm: Night Out for Mensa Cougars and Others. GratifY American Gastropub, 123 Datura Street, West Palm Beach; 833-5300. In August the Downtown Lunch Bunch found out what a "gastropub" is (good food pre- pared imaginatively and served in a casual setting). This time we'll try out the great bar for Happy Hour -- 2 for 1 drinks from 3:00 to 7:00. |

Saturday, November 13 7:00 pm: Mensa Outdoor - Party, Bring-A-Dish Party. Party Hearty. Prepare a dish, make a solemn wish. Hope it turns out well, otherwise cast a spell. Go to Publix, buy something, just make sure it's good to bring. Instead of pizza, then good pasta, wouldn't put it past ya. $5.00 admission at the door to offset our cost of preparing food for a bunch of people. Great conversation, cool games, and a good mixer.
