Palm Beach County Mensa Meetup Group
Mensa events are open to all Mensans, their spouses, children and guests. Who may or may not attend a private home is at the host's discretion. Hosts: Please mention any special concerns about your location, such as smoking restrictions, limited access for the handicapped, or presence of pets. Guests: If you have any special needs or restrictions, please check with your host before attending an event.
Notice! Our group has merged its calendar with the one from the Broward group and some events from Miami. The icon in the rightmost column of the event indicates what group(s) are hosting that activity (B for Broward, M for Miami, P for Palm Beach County). See the legends at the bottom of this page for an explanation of other icons that may appear in this column. Most phone numbers for Broward events will be area code 954, for Miami, 305.

Thursday, September 4, 7:00 pm. 1ST THURSDAY PUB NIGHT EAST. Since
Bennigan's is closed, we are (temporarily?) relocating to the Chili's just
around the corner. Chili's is at 6302 NW 9th Avenue (Powerline Road). It's on
the east side of Powerline, about a quarter mile north of Cypress Creek Road.

Sunday, September 21, 12 noon. Sunday Brunch at Kyojin Buffet. This interesting and fun Pan Asian buffet offers a wide range of food. A team of sushi chefs replenishes the buffet all day long and includes both traditional and American-style rolls, a hibachi grill with ribs and chicken and all the sides. The best part is the price.
