from citizens in various educational institutions are solicited from

Quest is a 90-minute test of cultural knowledge taken by groups across

entertainment to current events. PBCM has participated in the last
three CQs with our group, Beach Bums. W need a coordinator who will
receive the test information, set up the site, and mail in the
completed test. |

Group of the Year Award (GOTYA) Program Coordinator |
available |
This
is a relatively new Mensa program in which groups are awarded points
for their various participatory efforts in Mensa programs and local
community programs. The more a local group can demonstrate its service
to its members, the more points are awarded. Most of the administrative
work is carried out by the National Office; but locally we need a
person to receive materials and help fill out forms. Again, this is a
program that will help members get a broader picture of Mensa. |
|
Membership Director |
available |
Our
group would benefit from having a membership director whose sole
responsibility is to see to it that new members are welcomed into the
group by phone, letter, by email and/or personally, if possible. New
members are enthusiastic and want to know more about the group they’ve
joined. The membership director would be the main liaison between group
officers and new members. |
