Palm Beach County Mensa Calendar of Events
August, 2007

Mensa events are open to all Mensans, their spouses, children and guests. Who may or may not attend a private home is at the host's discretion. Hosts: Please mention any special concerns about your location, such as smoking restrictions, limited access for the handicapped, or presence of pets. Guests: If you have any special needs or restrictions, please check with your host before attending an event.

Notice! Our group has merged its calendar with the one from the Broward group and some events from Miami. The icon in the rightmost column of the event indicates what group(s) are hosting that activity (B for Broward, M for Miami, P for Palm Beach County). See the legends at the bottom of this page for an explanation of other icons that may appear in this column. Most phone numbers for Broward events will be area code 954, for Miami, 305.

	Sunday, January 21, 11:00 am. BRUNCH at Plantation Sweet Tomatoes, 11 am. Features a delicious morning menu. In addition to the 55-foot salad and soup bar, and the usual breakfast items, they offer scrambled eggs, build-your-own breakfast burritos, Belgian Waffles, sweet cinnamon biscuits, potatoes O'Brien, Egg Scramble Focaccia with bacon, French toast, and Mediterranean Sunrise Pasta! All this for $7.29! The restaurant is located at The Fountains in Plantation, 801 S. University Drive, S. of main entrance. RSVP to Micki at 954-345-1688.

	Friday, August 31, 1:15 pm. BULLsig Wild Card: 15th Street Fishery, 1900 S E 5th Street, Ft. Lauderdale. Pleasant seating outdoors beside the marina, watching the gulls look for scraps. Food is good, pets and smokers welcome.
