Admission to the park is $1 per person, up to 9 people in a van for $5, children under 5 free. The park is west of Interstate 95 at Sheridan Street in Hollywood. Go west on Sheridan from the interstate to the second traffic light and turn north. The entrance to the park will be on your right after about a quarter- mile. Ask for the Mensa group if you forget that we're in Pavilion 0. Volunteers are always welcome. We need people to pick up various supplies (drinks, paper goods, etc.), or prepare vegetables (chop onions, slice tomatoes), person the grill and help with clean-up. Many hands make light work. Call Ann Carter to volunteer and give us an idea of how many to plan for, 954-491-2499.
