Palm Beach County Mensa Calendar of Events - May, 2002
Mensa events are open to all Mensans, their spouses, children and guests. Who may or may not attend a private home is at the host's discussion. Hosts: Please mention any special concerns about your location, such as smoking restrictions, limited access for the handicapped, or presence of pets. Guests: If you have any special needs or restrictions, please check with your host before attending an event.
Notice! Our group has merged its calendar with the one from the Broward group and some events from Miami. The icon in the rightmost column of the event indicates what group(s) are hosting that activity (B for Broward, M for Miami, P for Palm Beach County). See the legends at the bottom of this page for an explanation of other icons that may appear in this column. Most phone numbers for Broward events will be area code 954, for Miami, 305.

Thursday, May 2nd. BULLsig is trying something a little different, hitting all points of the compass each month. Each Thursday will be east, west, north or south with a fifth Thursday being random. Hope this means at least one Thursday will be in your neighborhood. Always open to suggestions and complaints, new places and old, send them along. This Thursday we go to Sukhothai Restaurant, 1:15 pm. Subsequent locations: Macaroni Grill, Plantation (May 9); Durty Nellie's, Ft. Saturday, May 4th. OUTDOOR SIG A leisurely, safe bicycle ride with ocean view on Jupiter Island from Hobe Sound to Blowing Rocks Preserve. This is a delightful 16-mile ride with Klub-supplied picnic lunch at the end. Outing fee is $5.00. We will join Outdoor Adventures Klub (OAK) for the ride.
